At Flairs Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
